It’s actually easy. Address your finances head on!
Make sure you do your budgeting and make sure you are aware of how much money is coming and going from your account.
A great concept I use for staying on top of spending is to physically take out cash. Even if just for a short while, using cash only to pay for things gives you a clear realisation of what you’re spending.
It’ll also make you stop and think whether you need to buy something, as it’s harder handing over physical money, instead of simply tapping your debit card.
All the above sounds so simple but it’s surprising how few people actually do it. But I guarantee it’ll open your eyes when you know your exact outgoings, how much money you’re making and keeping track of all the small amounts you spend without thinking.
Do this and make it a habit to become money confident.
